Here’s to a great Opening Day.

Great comeback by the Rays to win it 7-6 in the bottom of the 9th, with Mariano Rivera blowing the save.
I have so many pictures to post of the town celebrating tomorrow.
This is so much better than last year.

fuhgetaboutit!
Goodnight.

Zorilla, thanks for your home run last night.
I am so happy I got to see the last two games live. Today, though, I want us to be winning going into the 9th so I don’t have to witness this again.
Some lady begged me to hug her Grandma and explain the game was tied in the 9th inning. She was from Indiana, a seasonal person. It was fitting for the night. It made me so happy.
WALK IT OFF!

Although it should have read 3-2 at this point!

“A week ago I was saying, ‘I swear I’m not a .200 hitter.’ Now I’m saying, ‘I swear I’m not a .150 hitter,’ ” Johnson said. “That’s not me. It doesn’t make sense. But there it is, and I’ve got to deal with it.”
As John Romano states, “Johnson dealt with it Saturday night.”
“In the year 2100, they’re going to be talking about Dan Johnson and what he did against the Red Sox,” Rays manager Joe Maddon said. “Two of the biggest hits we’ve ever had.”

YOU’VE JUST BEEN CREAMED BY EVAN LONGORIA!
Wait…that came out wrong. Wait, so did that! alkdfjlskjfj I CAN’T EVEN.
I was looking all over for this. I love how he’s still holding his batting gloves.

CC scratched from tonight’s lineup with stomach virus.

He showed no sign of sickness after jumping over the fence of the dugout after DJ hit his walk-off home run!
Here’s to hoping he feels better for tomorrow’s game.

Johnson found his 2008 swing to give us the walk off win versus Boston tonight!
It feels much like 2008 this year, except different in the fact that hopefully we come away with a World Series title.
Tonight, I am thrilled.
