(AP) Farnsworth recorded his 22nd save yesterday. He was named the second-best reliever, right after Mariano Rivera, by the Best Tools poll of American League managers. Farnsworth: 1.88 ERA, 48IP; 7.3 SO/9, 1.3 BB/9; 0.875 WHIP. Amazing. Rivera: 2.30 ERA, 47IP; 8.0 SO/9, 1.0 BB/9; 0.957 WHIP.
